How would you seduce an alien race to do your bidding?
This is for a book currently in the works. Question may be a bit odd but we are hung up on this.
So the devious evil character goes through a portal to this solar system in control of an advanced alien race. skipping all the itty-bitty details, the evil character returns to his homeworld with a large portion of this alien race to fight for him.
guidelines and current thoughts-(not all set in stone)
-the evil character has the ability to shapeshift into many forms (natural forms like animals, aka similar to a druid) and uses magic, his limits have not yet been defined.
-somehow he persuades the alien race/king to send a large group through a portal back to the characters homeworld(large enough to form a small army of elite fighters)

The answer would depend heavily on the culture, society, traditions and the overall psychological profile of your alien race.
You need to know at least the basic answers to the above details. Once you know that, you'll know how your villain can exploit them.
