What do you think....this is my first poem
I’m at the top
There’s one way down
through the trees
the run’s not brown
but my pants are.
My skis are fast
My socks are true
My helmet’s tight
My boots are too
Tight.
Off I go
Like a shot
What skill, what grace
I know I’m hot...
Who put that tree there?!
A quick sharp turn
I’m safely round
Too quick, too sharp
And there’s the ground
In my face.
I’m up again
I’ve got the jist
I make a leap
180 twist
Now how do I stop going backwards
I’ve made it now
And safely there
The crowd shouts and cheers
“What pluck what dare
Now get out of the simulator!”
