How do you write the following "So perish every one that shall hereafter leap over my wall" - in Latin?
I'm trying to get a tattoo idea made, something along the lines of the founder of Rome, Romulus. He slew his twin brother Remus, and shouted this line in Latin whilst doing it. Any accurate translations will be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys!
Sic deinde, quicumque alius transiliet moenia mea.
That's the quote from Livy's Ab Urbe Condita, Liber I
Wow! A level Latin sure isn't what it used to be. That 'Sic pereo...' answer is absolute garbage.
