I was never booked, nor taken to the station. BUt i have a record? How is that possible?
In 1998 i walked into a grocery store, and stole some microwaveable food in my book bag. Loss prevention caught me, called the police. The police handcuffed me, and put me n the car. He sd, I will be lenient on u, I will call in ur id to the station. If u have no priors, I will just drop u off at ur house, if u dio have priors, I have to take u to the station and book u. So he called the station, I had no priors, so he left me at home, and that was it. Now i am trying to join the NAvy, and when they pulled my background, I have a misdemeanor for petty larceny, and a Failure to Appear, and now i can't join the Navy. How is this possible if i never was taken to the station or fingerprinted or nothing. I am thinking when he left me at home, maybe he gave some papers w/ a court hearing or something, that i never went to, but don't i have to be booked to have this on my record. What can i do?
You were convicted of the theft and an FTA stemming from failure to complete probation, if one can believe your 60 some other posts. You have also failed to mention the DUI and assault you have posted here as well. If you are going to lie, get your s h i t right or stop posting this nonsense.
