Looking for love in a man but push away my friends love?
Looking for love from a special man but find ones that are not available. They do not treat me well. On the other had my girlfriends want to be my friends and care what happens to me. I push them away thinking I don't need them when I know that I do need them. Why does this happen? I want to be happy but don't think my mind wants me to be happy.
Looking for a man is not that easy, just as it is not looking for a woman. It is so because it is not an instant thing most of the time. I suppose it is dependent on how set you are in your ways. The more you are set in your ways the harder it is to find some one suitable, quite simplly because a realationship is based on love and in love it is a balance of give and take when that balance is not there of course things will not be that good for one or the other. I guess these days we do rush things beacsue we are all in a hurry dont know what for but we are. Some how things realated to matters of the heart do take its time. Because good things take a little time.
Think of it this way, your friends you know for a while and you share interests in common and have developed a bond and an understanding with each other and there is a level of comfort and it is something that you enjoy. It will always be a part of you but at best it is external to you in that your friends are your friends they all have their own lives and you are you and have yours. At best your live will only just touch.
A special man in your life will be one who over a period of time will be one with you because one day you will do things together and that is when both your lives will be one. You see it will not happen in a flash it will take time and you will have to choose carefuly or you would have wasted a lot of time and effort all for nothing and have to start from nothing all over again.
You dont have to drop you friends to have some one special in your life, you keep your friends you always need them, you take more care in sellecting that some one special and that one has to be one who will appreciate you not only for your good points but will accept you for your short comings as well, some one who will respect you for who you are and will find ways to bring out the best of you. If you take your time to make your sellection you will not have the problems you are having.
Believe me it is much better not having any one special than to have that wrong special some one.
