fix narrow smile? I currently wear braces?
I've had braces since around April 2009. I wear a pallet extender (which is meant to push my teeth out wider) because my problem is now since my teeth are straight, my front teeth are too narrow, when i smile you can see gaps into my mouth at the left and right. My next appointment is about August 2010, should I bring this up with my orthodontist or is it too late? Because I'm 18 and a student with only a part time job, my parents are paying for my braces and all I've read is fix narrow smile with porcellin veneers which are about $1,500 to $1,800 per tooth which is WAY too expensive. So can an orthodontist fix a narrow smile?
Dentists and Orthodontists can help, but USA dentists are way too expensive.
